    Arty's Directions to Kirkwood:

    1) Don't go. It's run by monkeys.
    2) If you do and you're staying in South Lake, see step 3
    3) Go south on Hwy 89.
    4) Left on 88.
    5) North on 395
    6) West on 80.
    7) South on 267
    8) Right onto Northstar Dr.

Hmm, I wish I hadn't used "already" twice in that post. But now that Bas has quoted it, its there to stay. Kind of like Tahoe keeping on as Tahoe.

Dude that Northstar spot rocks. Soooo lucky to get so ski with the Northstar krew there last year. Northstar and Heavenly are off the hook. I would drive great distances again for the killer Northstar gnar.

Dude the place that gonna be hit the most is Vail & Deer Valley, after all they are ranked as the best by SKI magazine. They are gonna have 900 inch years nothing less!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AltaBird sucks anyway, it just sucks plain and simple, Jackson blows even worse than AltaBird.

Hey yea!! what the hell am I worried about. CORE POSER MAGAZINE says(DerrValley is the place to go!!) However If you are poor and have to settle for Tahoe? Squaw Valley has best Sushi!! and a StarBucks!!
Right across from the tram!. GO THERE if you cannot affort Deer Valley. Lift ticket is also going to be 1$ per day less for non-locals!
Also NoStars Has the most Slope view lodging on the PLANET!! (Watch them build condo's while yopu ski!!

!$ less= Less than Deer Valley

You could do that all summer at the mountain bike park. It was seriously difficult to find the parking lot, ticket office, or path to the chairlift because of all the construction.

    Are you unable to read?

All of heavenly is inbounds groomers. ALL OF IT

heavenly has tall barbed wire fences on every boundary. guard dogs, machine guns, midgets, fat chicks, and claymore mines all prevent you from leaving the ski area boundary.

And the Heave is sporting a dusting of snow this morning. Not a lot, but it's up there near the top of the gondola.

North Bowl of Tallac has a respectable covering this AM too.
    Looks. Almost. Worthy....
