Brake Bleed Fluid Pump: Does It Exist?

There’s got to be an easier way to deal with this “problem.” Maybe a bulb that you step on like for an outboard motor on a boat. You could pump it either way your foot and have both hands free?

I dunno, a small pump, connected to a bottle of mineral oil, with a single tube coming out of it sounds pretty damn simple to me.
