Thanks JE. I appreciate your coverage of Peak's rise and fall--especially the initial pod with Bode--the one where you pressed him a little about the keyhole technology, and then let him run his mouth--I feel like that was artfully done, and quite revealing.

I didn't share this while they were still in "business", but my wife is good friends with a corporate bean counter who was offered a job there. She went in and spent a little time looking into the books and did a burnout in the parking lot getting the fuck out of there.

Wow, anybody the funded based on this was a fool.
A few highlights -
- Going concern from the CPA
- $650k cash burn despite raising $2.1M from new debt & equity and $600k from sale/leaseback of equipment
- $56k available cash vs. $2.4M A/P
- G&A expense more that tripled to $3.8M. Would love to see the detail there, its described as payroll and consulting in the footnotes. How much of that was Bode and Andy just bleeding the company dry?

According to the internet, Bode is an "ambassador" at Spanish Peaks, Moonlight, and Big Sky. You have to wonder if this will threaten his standing in that regard.
