I believe that Ausar Thompson had one in his leg last March and was back in November this year and has been playing/seeming well. Hopefully Wemby's recovery is similar.

The 65 game threshold is going to affect some contracts and bonuses. Load management may (will) hit some pocketbooks, both teams and players. That all NBA escalator is a big number in some contracts. Players that weren’t going to be all NBA may get there with a lot of big name players not meeting the games threshold.

The Cavs look very relaxed while curb stomping the Knicks.

Jimmy and Steph… does anyone want to play against them in the playoffs?

I was glad to catch a bit of the Cavs-Knicks game after skiing this week, and even more happy to see how good the Cavs looked (thank you for finally putting them on national TV). I love how Atkinson has these guys playing team ball - very unselfish.

With the national writers starting to give more pen time to the Cavs its unsurprising to hear Windy and others say that this Cavs locker room is the most friendly/jovial/tight theyve seen in a long time - a lot of local press comparisons to the Guardians' clubhouse across the plaza.

Reading about Stephen As head explode at the result of the Knicks game was just icing on the cake.
I still call it The Jake.

I hate to say it but LeBron/Luka will be formidable, and possibly unbeatable once Luka buys in - which he may seem to have already.

Worst part of it is this will be a long term problem. Fucking Lakers.

Ausar claims he’s the best perimeter defender in the NBA, while I don’t believe that, 4 steals in the first quarter ain’t bad.

Ain’t no shame in getting whooped by the Pistons.

Absolutely. Lakers and Warriors really shook up the west with those trades.

Jokic is like that soft looking open gym dude who never makes sharp cuts, always moving at 3/4 speed, and just eats everyones lunch.

Tonight was my yearly visit to the Delta Center. Watching the NBA on TV is fun but it doesn’t recreate the spectacle of it all.

Added bonus was watching the Pistons demolish the tanking Jazz.

Just an absolute masterclass. Also, thanks to KD (PG County Baby!!!) for taking it to OT.

First 30/20/20 game ever. Which actually kind of surprised me - thought one of the old heads might have done that back in the day. But still pretty mindblowing. Thats ridiculous.

He had a triple double IN EACH HALF. What the actual fuck.
