need a new e-frame

Hoping to build an e-bike for my wife. Something that could be used on gravel and road. Nothing technical. Coffee rides only. I have a brand new, complete 12spd 105 hydraulic, non-DI2 group including wheels that I can use. Wheels will take 38's so that's all good. Flat mount calipers.

Looking for a couple of things. The first is a frame that comes with motor and associated hardware. The second is a way to swap out the brifters for something that is flat bar compatible. Any ideas are welcomed. Thanks.

Might be a better bet to just buy a full ebike that is together and working and new? You basically just have wheels that will work.

Costco is a great option, and if you have issues easyto return stuff

E-Bikes get closer to cars than normal bikes. Kinda like “Hey I’ve got wheels, suspension and a transmission but it’s a manual and I need an automatic”. Just lots more parts you kinda want to work together so most are sold as completes.

Personally I’d try to score a used specialized “turbo” model of sorts then mess with parts if you want a project. Lots of these barely get ridden.

Yeah ... was gonna be a project. In my mind, the frame and motor (and cranks) are married and everything else just hangs on it. Guess I'll look at complete bikes. Thanks everyone.
