XC shoes with toe flex?

My Pearl Izumi X Project Pro shoes are dying and need to be replaced. I like that they are quite stiff XC style shoes but have some flex at the toe in front of the cleat to make walking easier. I know some Specialized shoes like the Recons have this, but they don't fit me well. Do any other brands have this toe flex?

I thought the giro shoes had some flex. I really liked the lace up version.
