Market Test: 23 Canyon Lux Trail CF8 LG

Debating on selling this thing and replacing with a 24 version or maybe something just slightly more slack. I wanted to gauge general appetite and maybe get a starting price before listing to the savages at PinkBike, etc.

I can say that without question, this is the nicest bike I've ever owned. 26lbs of carbon goodness and can climb like a goat on super crack. Mine is in good-to-excellent condition.

If I posted at $4k, would I be in the right neighborhood?

I think the CF9 had the MSRP of $6300 -- A new 2024 Lux Trail CF8 is only $4800.
I've been following the used bike market pretty closely in Utah and its pretty saturated right now. Anything north of 3k is struggling right now with the all the deals on new bikes.

I'm seeing the Lux Trail CF9 at $6200? CF8 doesn't have the AXS.

That said, I don't think you're wrong. The bike industry is a mess.
