Question Step in snowshoe / AT boots? Is this a thing?!

Just saw some step in snowshoes this weekend, would / do they work w/ Dynafit toes?! Could be a game changer for "i want to hike, but AT blows..."

Why would anyone who think AT sucks want to snowshoe is ski boots? Might as well just use your waterproof boots.

Who doesn't want to snowshoe in AT boots with skis on their back so they can ski down on touring gear? Like Candide says, it's the best of all possible worlds.

LMAO. Thinking for east (ice) coast fitness and early am's ; wouldn't ski down on AT, but a more all mtn ski.

Old timers called their skis snowshoes and people have been confused ever since.

Throw some of these Voile mtn plates on some verts and it is a pretty capable shoe for going straight up. Not so great for flats. I have have done similar with split board bindings but haven't tried the ski version yet. Surprised it isn't more common for lines that are straight up off the road. Love my Verts when I've had the chance to use them.

I'm sure you could mount dynafits to them too but that seems a little excessive unless you get an old pair for cheap I guess.
