    Talking HOLY CRAP!!!!! IM RIIIIIICH!!!!!!!!

My car was hit by a Dodge Ram on Saturday driving to the mountains. A little damage was done, but nothing worth fixing on a car with 152,000 miles. I go get an estimate today...

    $1665.91

I call the guy up. He offers me $1500. I say "hmm, let me think about it." One second later - "OKAY!" Looks like I'll be going on some more ski trips, buying Freerides and getting an Alta season pass!!!!!!!!!!!

Any chance of me getting sum money out of the stairs that violently threw me back to the first floor on Saturday night?

You know, there's like a butt-load of gangs at this school. This one gang kept wanting me to join because I'm pretty good with a bowstaff.

I know you put the winky face in there, but I am pretty sure this is completely legal. Correct me if I'm wrong.

my knowledge of insurance law is fuzzy but as your attorney I advise you to purchase lots of drugs, pack your bags, put your skis on the roof rack and hit the ROAD !

funken, you were wise to let Crinkle and I advise you in this matter, after contacting the SEC, FCC, and FDA I have concluded that this approach is perfectly legally. Since no insurance companies were ever involved there is no insurance fraud, the only thing that you could be charged with here is Breach of Promise, which I think is only a crime in England.

In order to have a crime you need to have a victim who wants to press charges, since this guy wants to pay without getting the insurance company he thinks he's getting a deal, and since funken only cares that he gets to the mountain and not whether or not what gets him to the mountain has various scratches and dents he is getting a deal. It's a win win situation we should all rejoice for they are an oasis in this otherwise vast desert of compromise.

I normally charge 10% but this time I'll settle for those salomon pants you are trying to sell.

I wouldn't rate iskibc's chances of a successful appeal either.
