I have a friend who won't use EZPASS at tolls because he doesn't want the govt tracking him, and he'd rather spend an extra 10mins in line to hand a clerk cash. I've accepted that nothing I do is private anymore, and in this particular instance if I decide to go on a murder spree and leave my DNA all over the place, I'll regret this. On the other hand if Elon Musk or the North Koreans want my DNA to discover my ancestry and that its 70% likely I have straight hair and like cilantro, I'll be flattered.

Fine, but at some point I'll have to edit down the guest list for the family reunion.

Easy, you don't bring a side or a case of beer to the cookout, then you're out.

It's usually the 20-something that shows up late with bloodshot eyes and skirts around the question Grandma asks, "where are you working these days?"
