Do you really need all that room though? Seems awful big for just two people who work and travel quite extensively.

Haha.. yea, the size is a bit absurd and not exactly what we planned on - it just popped up- we bought the house more for the double lot than anything else - a whopping .40 acres! which at the same price, we were looking at things with half that. however, we each need a home office (as of Jan 1 - we'll both be working from home, in addition to travel)

plus an exercise/spinning room for the bike nut and his bike nut buddies.

and 2 guest bedrooms is nice.

and don't forget the rottweiler is the size of an additional human
