Carson City Bike Shop - legit?

I'm looking at some bike accessories and they have very good pricing. I found a Utoob vid that a guy got the wrong part from them and they didn't help him out. I looked at Google Street View and they appear to have a retail location. Anyone deal with them or anyone in CC, Nevada that can vouch that they are a real shop?

I ordered some Formula bits from them and had everything delivered a few days later, just like with any other online shop. I had no issues with my order and not sure how good their customer service is.

They're legit, just small. I've been in that store. Mostly commuter type ebikes in the shop. I think they do more of a direct ship type of business, not shipping from their own warehouse so much.

If you have issues with the order, maybe try calling and see if you can get a person in the shop to look at your order.
