not a big college sports fan but sure looks like the houston cougars, my univeristy; will be the number 1 overall seed and given the strength of the big12; being in the final four seems almost inevitable.

Yeah, UH is looking good. Blew out Kansas yesterday by 32 points.

UT, on the other hand… Rodney Terry showing that he is a great assistant coach.

And meanwhile, our old, old, head coach Shaka Smart doing well at Marquette. Nice come from behind win last night against Xavier.

when Beard got the axe, they just kinda said eh, good enough and rolled with Terry. seemed like a terrible call to remove the interim tag then and looks like he's well on the way to having the head coach tag removed here before long.

UVM is having to work during it's games. Another close one. America East championship will be a rematch from last year. UMass Lowell will travel to Burlington on Saturday. NCAA bid on the line. Go Cats!

kansas bounced out of the big12 tourney in their backyard. a few weeks ago they were final four contenders, now may be the 5 in a 5-12 matchup and may be bounced by the 12.

those were some good ones yesterday. state-uva with the epic finish to regulation. i turned it because i thought it was over. virginia's offense reminds me of a big, brutalist office building. buncha grey squares and shit.
