On E Castle yesterday probably 40 out of 45 people had skins. Right when the gate opened people were moving pretty slow but the sidesteppers were pretty good about moving out of the way.
One dude just starts walking around everyone else. I asked if he was a cop. He gave me a funny look.

If his property is not properly signed and/or fenced, fuck that guy. Here's the pertinent part of Utah's trespass law (https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title76/Ch...76-6-S206.html).

(b) knowing the actor's or unmanned aircraft's entry or presence is unlawful, the actor enters or remains on or causes an unmanned aircraft to enter or remain unlawfully over property to which notice against entering is given by:
(i) personal communication to the actor by the owner or someone with apparent authority to act for the owner;
(ii) fencing or other enclosure obviously designed to exclude intruders; or
(iii) posting of signs reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders

You do not have the right to pull a gun on someone if you have not made a reasonable effort exclude people from your property, unless they refuse to leave after being notified that they are on private property.

Agreed about all that, except I will say, you do have the right to be carrying a gun on your property, and then encounter a trespasser, but this guys obviously a nut. Skiers and snowboarders have to be among the least scary potential trespassers one might encounter. He def did not have the right to put his hands on the guy, and yea, I think this is basically the law everywhere that I know of, that you've got to have signage and fences if you want to grump at trespassers. Does anyone know a state that isn't the case? I almost thought it was federal law.
