    Do you have a sense for how weird it would look/feel to have those force brakes on the left but traditional sram cable brake levers on the right?

    I’m running disc front with rim rear (trp spyre slc/Paul minimoto) but would love hydro in front.

    I’m 1x, but at that price I wouldn’t mind the extra front shifter internals…but I might mind the different shaped hoods.

    It would be noticeable - the mechanical / rim brake hoods are not only shorter reach but shorter in height as well.

    If you want increased braking power up front, maybe a housing upgrade like Yokozuna or Jagwire Pro Compressionless would get you there if you're not already using it.
