    Whillans Ramp

The first ever repeat of the Whillans Ramp on Aguja Poincenot in Patagonia, after Andreas Fransson's first descent in 2012.

Has to be one of the most beautiful, terrifying, awesome lines. That 2500ft air drop, should you catch an edge up top!

wow. read about this on high route. also went back and read franssons first descent report. incredible stuff.

from the looks of it vivien used the m tour 99 f-team? surprised it was such a wide ski. maybe to prevent booting out?

    Wow.

Also good to see more of Bjarne's work.

Check the last slide on aurel_lardy 's instagram post for a nice visual of the choke on Whillan's https://www.instagram.com/p/CyBepWvO...RlODBiNWFlZA==

Those boys have been down there for almost a month now, skiing steep lines, opening new ones and skiing some good powder for a change. Very cool to see them pull it off and repeat one of the greats. And sweet to see Tufts continue to get brought along for very cool projects. He's really become one of the main, current expedition photographers and for good reason.

Yep, it's been great following them. Vivian Bruchez' latest post is very nice. Looks cruisy, but is probably 50deg+

    Ok. That’s just fucking insane.

Amazing technique. Love at the end of the video where he says that might be it. He can ski anything. But has no more challenges. Or something like that. Wow.

Cerro Torre is arguably one of the most beautiful mountains in the world, and to ski in full view of it like THAT is an absolute dream come true. And for the weather to be that prime in Patagonia? Chefs kiss.

That is a dream line right there. It’s the kind of stuff that goes on a bucket list.
