That's why they are called assisted living devices.

You can still enjoy the outdoors while staying ADA compliant. It's like those paved walkway sections they have at the national parks.

The tough guy acoustic biker safe space is an antiquated definition in websters. Explain and reexplain by numbers how eebs work then crickets until they circle back to websters. Nuance is hard for the tough guys. Its like Cono has entered the chat. Moped=woke

Trying to explain how riding an ebike is more difficult than riding a bike and that you actually get a better workout on an ebike is pretty desperate justification. You could just say “I like my ebike because it makes riding easier”. Fragile ego core bros can’t bring themselves to say that though.

not really 50 or a dentist
but nothing wrong with red lining my heart at 160bpm
even with a remodeled one and some new pieces and parts

sitting around with no cardio is worse for you just tour around the usa and you can see top notch health on display ever day everywhere

Unfortunately almost all emtb users ignore the “no motorized use of any kind” signs.

Ya you guys have many more political layers. I also think that emtb/mtb are so close theyll just become one and the same much like it has developed in every other country with sizeable mtb participation. We already see that trend in sales.

This is pretty helpful for figuring out the closures and new restrictions:

    ArcGIS Web Application that includes:
-The Bookcliff Rattlers' trail map from 2003
-The BLM Closure map from 2023
You can use the swipe feature in the upper right corner to swipe the BLM closure layer to see what's closed.
The overlays are low quality, but still useful. The creator couldn’t find shapefiles to use.

I was wrong about Enduro Loop. Looks to remain open as single track.

Not sure what thats supposed to mean. You do know that you have to pedal them? You can pedal them as hard as any bike. Endurance pace is the best for heart health and emtb allows you to stay at endurance pace "if you want to". Intervals and sprints more effectively develop power or speed thanvendurance pace. I prefer to do intervals or sprints when i want to which is quite often because i have regular steep climbs that are unclimbable on an acoustic bike and besides that there are many days i preder to push hard anyways. The emtb adds 1) more vert
    2) the ability to make slow "flat" tech feel like a slight downhill with fun bike handling
    3) the ability to put the down an inch or 2 that allows me to move the bike around and play whether on the flat, climb, side hits off a rail trail etc etc
All those things excelerate your heart rate. Anyone that complains that an emtb is ez and they dont sweat should maybe push harder or find some climbs that would make them push harder or sprint for some jumps on the flats. Pretty simple really. Why the F do i have to explain such simple things? Oh right, nuance

You’re proving my point with very much pedantry. You can look that in Webster’s. I didn’t use a dictionary of any kind, ebikes have a motor and pedals, moped, it fits and it’s fun to say. Triggers the Vienna sausage ebikers.

Please continue with your long winded explanations about how e-bikes don’t make mtbing easier.

I stopped arguing with em grinch. They are either trolling or willfully dismissing/twisting explanations that conflict with their assumptions. Most likely both.
Hey I used to be that way until I had my eyes opened. I explained how my attitude and assumptions were changed. They don't know what they don't know.
They won't care until it happens to them, and it will. Few years and most mtbs on the trials will be emtbs.

Yup, but its fun stepping up to the t ball plate and knocking a few dingers over the fence before i head out for a rip, and black berry bush(arm ripping death bush) mitigation today.
Like you've said, they should try it with a group of their peers. Full battery and full on trails then report back

    The recap so far:

-ebikes make riding easier and they're great for older and disabled riders. But yet they're also harder and give you a better workout.

-ebikes weigh 20 lbs more than a regular bike and enable you to do many more laps, but yet they don't have any increased impact on the trails.

-OHV double tracks will fall into disrepair if ebikes aren't allowed on them, because the trail crews that maintain those routes use ebikes.

-getting less exercise is better for your heart.

-it only counts as a motorized vehicle if you have to twist a throttle to make it go. Actuating the motor with your feet doesn't count. (Unstated, but the logical conclusion here is that SxS's are non motorized since the motor is actuated with your foot).

    - if you pump both brakes 3 times and simultaneously toggle from eco to boost mode, ebikes will literally shit rainbows.

    - if you disagree with any of that, you're woke (or awake?).

Sweet! I don't hate E Bikes. I hate bullshit. If Class 1 E Bikers want to carve out a little spot for themselves a little special interest user group and defend themselves from mountain bikers, hikers, dirt bikers and SxSers swinging at 'em from all sides, that's your choice.

But the whole, I'm just gonna rides the trails that I'm currently prohibited from because I'm right and your wrong because I've got a special fun whip and you don't, ain't gonna fly. You're gonna burn it down for everyone.

The irony is that you have more in common with Cono than anyone and you’re either to stupid or willfully ignorant to get it.

T-ball is a good analogy for your ability to have an argument or debate about anything it seems. Would it be too hard to admit that you like ebikes because it allows you to ride things that you would otherwise not be able to or would wreck you? Because that’s what you and Summit are really explaining when trying to convince people that “ebikes are just as hard”! This in spite of several posters here and people that I know in real life being honest and just saying, “I ride them because it’s easier”.

Carry on with your alternative facts, you should move to the US and go full MAGAtard.
