Backcountry rules! Not only do they have cool employees,a boatload of cool stuff,& style the mags out,but there's no tax & they actually know what customer service means!Their personel actually use the stuff they sell the way it was intended to be used rather than just regurgitate what the brochure says.

I bought a DaKine Sequence from bc.com the other day, it was only $130 so I didn't feel the need to abuse the maggot discount. But i walked away from the transaction just feeling stoked for the badass shopping experience that is backcountry.com. The website and checkout process is so well designed, it gives me fuzzies, and I build this stuff for a living. Easy to follow up and track orders, it just works well, obviously built by some knowledgeable and real peeps. Add to that the fact that you can swap zingers with employees in this fine forum is an extra bonus. Also, seeing Phunk's name in The Goat blog makes me laugh. Thanks to the Backcountry.com mags.
