Even less defense. Only a few of the goals were bad goaltending. Who needs forwards to center the puck when the other team's D will do it for you?

Bruins just kinda deflated in the 3rd. Couldn't make a pass, couldn't finish a hit. Total waste of a power play, etc.

This Canes Isles game is one of the craziest finishes I can remember watching.

Same here. Been switching games pretty often. Dallas pulled a soft one but they had one coming.

What old goat said about avs/jets game was spot on. I'll be amazed if avs can make it a series with no goaltending and very little defense.

So is Draisaitl. That goal, Edmonton’s 5th, was a 12 out of 10 on the difficulty scale. Absolutely insane to get that shot off from that angle, IE where the pass from McDavid came from and the fact that Draisaitl is a lefty shot.

With Stone and Petrangelo back maybe VGK has a chance. Although they did get badly outshot.

Anyone who thinks a team that gets trounced one day can't come back and trounce the next hasn't watched much hockey. That doesn't mean they will of course. They are the Leafs after all.

Yeah but despite the missed call, he did what he does and got under bertuzzis skin AND scored goals. As much as I can't stand the guy he wins games for his team.
