    Spare change for trail?

    Hello Maggots,

Flathead Area Mountain Bikers (FAMB) is about to wrap up our spring fund drive to help pay for some trail improvements. I am hoping some of you have some spare change kicking around to help us get there. If you have ridden in the region, the updates happened at Spencer Mountain on the two most popular trails in the valley. If you haven't been here and ridden, you should come, and we will show you the goods!

    Donate

FAMB is a 501(c)(3) and fully tax deductable.

Love the Flathead, although I've never biked there. I'll scrape up a couple nickels.

You guys gotta go! You’d love it, especially the Swan stuff. Famba has been killing it! That Fawn creek that they brought back to life on my hit list!

Fawn's super fun. 3,000' of challenging but not particularly consequential tech. It'll be getting a bit more love from the trail crew this summer to (hopefully) fix some handlebar-deep ruts in one spot.

We actually have ridden Napa to Wire, then up in the 10 Lakes. Will investigate Fawn.

Just got off the phone with USFS, FAMB trail crew will head out that way within the week to fix some tread.

I like accessing Fawn or Backside of Columbia from Dorris creek. It adds a pedal but the Dorris lake road is long….

In 2022, FAMB took a full month to brush every foot of trail, remove all down trees, and partnered with the Forest Service to remove a very large, dangerous tree that was almost impassable.
