Brewed my second batch of beer tonight. The last beer that I brewed was 9 years ago and it was crap. You popped the top and it would foam for 10 minutes and it tasted like cider.
This batch is bound to be better. I think I was much more thoughtful of cleanliness, which may have been the problem. Its gonna be a nice Pale Ale, entitled Ambrose Creek Ale (named after the creek that runs behind my house).

Oh fuck, not good. I was taking a temperature reading and dropped the damn thermometer into the fermenter (glass 5 gallon carboy). Hmmmmmmmmm, I don't think I can get it out. Too many molson's
just found my way over to the padded room after posting in your other thread... its all clear to me now. the problem isnt the beer its the fact that its molson. You need to be drinking good beer if you are trying to create good beer. this project is clearly doomed. hang it up and try again in another 9 years.
