    Thumbs up Thumbs up for Giro Cust. Service

    Sent back my busted Flint(missing screw for goggle stap, scatched up, generally beat)..No receipt or anything, they hooked me up with a brand new Fuse. I even forgot to call them back for 2 weeks, the woman I spoke with called me to hook it up.

    I am very stasified.

    after loosing the helmet vent plugs they sent me a new pair free. I'll buy again ..

    I've had excellent customer service from Giro as well. They are my prefered brand of helmet as a result.
    Being grown-up sucks!

    one screw missing when i bought my flint and the german retailer guys sent it in 2days.(they didn't even reply and sent it directly)
    right now im ordering screws again(don't ask.... ). let's see if they're still that caring

    free vents shipped out to me within a week of e mailing

    definately got me hooked for life
    For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was
