Guidelines for Fax Orders:
* Please fill out order form completely and legibly including all of
the following information: name, address, phone and fax numbers
where you will be available during the weekend.
* Please use item name, size and quantity.
* Include color selection in order of priority. Please indicate the
color using words or abbreviations. No number codes. If other colors
might work, let us know!! Use primary colors if unsure of the
abbreviation.
* Do not use just the style numbers. Description of the product works
best.
* Please include your credit card number and expiration date with your
order. We do have a secured fax environment.
* Shipping will be ground UPS only.
* Please fax your order only ONCE as faxes of the same order will
result in your order being processed, charged and shipped MULTIPLE
TIMES. Due to the volume of orders, we will not be able to add or
delete items from previously placed orders.


Shipping/Handling for Ground UPS charges are as follows:

$0-$75.00 - $8.95
$75.01-$125.00 - $11.95
$125.01 - $300.00 - $13.95
$301.00 - $500.00 - $16.95
$501.00 or greater - $19.95 (minimum) - will vary according to weight
and size of the package
**oversized packages will incur additional charges**

Each order will be processed individually and shipping/handling will
apply to each order. All orders placed will be considered separate
orders.

Our process is as follows: We receive your fax order. We will fill
your order to the best of our ability & according to availability. We
will fax you a confirmation of availability. Please provide a return
fax #. Our plan is to begin shipping orders on Monday, August 1st,
Ground UPS. Expedite/Air Shipping is not available due to the high
volume of packages. Package arrival is approximately 7-10 working
days from the day shipped.
** In an attempt to reduce, reuse,recycle, your package will be sent
in a dark bag and used box.
** Please do not send duplicate fax orders.
** In accordance with applicable state law, we are required to charge
sales tax on mail order sales to states where Patagonia has retail
stores.
** Go ahead and send your fax beginning midnight, September 15th,
2005.

I'm going to call and see if someone can decipher some of these color abbreviations for me. Unfortunately I don't have a Patagonia catalogue collection handy to see them. Some are easy like BLK and CNY but what the heck is POX or CHX?

If I can get some help on these colors Ill help you out mntlion. Im looking at the cap shirts and the splitters also.
