Is there some kind of ownership timeshare? I’d like to own like two weeks worth of the royals.

Guardos SS Ahmed Rosario to the Doyers in exchange for... a bag of balls?

    https://www.cleveland.com/guardians/...to-report.html

Rosario was the 17th best SS overall out of 19 eligible AL players, had a very slow start to the season but had been hitting a bit as of late and is a FA at the end of the year. Also Jose Ramirez' best friend.

    You stop that.

    You stop that right now.

Apparently the bag of balls the Guards are getting back is Syndergaard.

A bag of balls would have been a better return. I think I’ve suffered through 90% of Syndergaard’s pitches this year and I won’t miss being down 4-0 after 3 innings every start.

Yeah, I’m kind of confused about the return, maybe they think they can fix him? If anyone can, it’s Carl Willis and the Cleveland Pitching Factory, that’s for sure.

Wow Ohtani throws a one hit CG shutout in game 1, turns around a couple hours later and hits an oppo home run in Game 2.

I don’t even think the Babe Ruth comparisons are relevant anymore. I think he could be the best player of all time if he keeps this up for a few more years.

Also sounds like Anaheim is keeping him for the rest of the year.

Wow indeed. I really want to see him play one day. Just other-worldly.

The idea of Arenado going to LA makes my pants tight. Which is only fair, since Kike coming home made my wife’s pants tight.

With all due respect to the Son O'God, that has got to be The Greatest Story Ever Told, and deserves an embed.

Dodgers get Lance Lynn and Joe Kelly. Looks like they are dumpster diving still. Buying low I guess and hoping to turn one or two of them around.

I’m excited to see this De La Cruz kid in person, and also about half of the Red Sox 2018 WS team out there as well.

Edit: De La Cruz with a lead off triple. I’ve never seen anyone get to third that fast.

Said it earlier, say it again. That Reds team is good and fun to watch.

De la Cruz is the only guy I would be happy with winning ROY over Outman

Yeah. It was a fun game for sure. Too bad Mookie and Freddy couldn’t get it done at the end there. I really like Dodger Stadium. Top 5 for sure

    OFFICIAL 2023 MLB THREAD!!!!

yanks have one of the best records in the game when they score three or more. unfortunately it’s the third time in the last ten days a pitcher with a 6 era shut them out for 6+. they’re going to set a record not seen since the dead ball of opposing pitchers going at least 6. can Judge save two seasons in a row?

yanks now with an mlb leading 18 walkoff losses since last year. with a good bullpen! holy shit this team sucks at hitting baseballs.

Grayson Rodriguez’s era is 3.18 since he got recalled from the minors after the asb, so there’s that
