^^^ My theme song for this Friday’s travels leaving the cold rain of the Coast to the snow of Saddleback. Hope those chilly winds don’t blow too hard.

Charles, wish I could join in at Sunday River. Maybe anothervtskibum pops up. He chases racer kids around the hill

And it’s looking like Maine could be the place this weekend. Hoping to see lots of pink in the snow map

Oh and the gaspesie is going to get hammered. 29” at the mines through tomorrow with another 20” in the forecast by the end of the next week. If anyone wants to know the shortcut for a day trip into Xalibu message me. Obviously going to be a bit before avy conditions settle

I will be at Sunday River tomorrow and Thursday (and most days), but I probably will mostly be standing on the side of a race training venue and not making actual turns. I'll be headed up to Sugarloaf to stand on the side of the race venue there on Friday, looks like the drive should be lovely.

Yep...I've been skiing with my boots in walk mode a lot (not on purpose...d'oh!) and it teaches how to be neutral and centered.

Stratton was pretty good again today. At about 1:00pm they lit off a ton of snow guns...looked a bit like Supahstah at times. First day on my new sticks (Dyanstar M-Pro 99 that I got from Ptex1) and loving that factory edge on the loud pow.

I think Saturday is going to be a shit show. Backyard effect in Boston. Snow forecast. But it will be 6-12 on top of WROD. or dirt.
And I will be right there with the rest of the idiots.

Saturday does have shit show potential, especially if windy. But for core of ski country, I’m taking the over on 6-12”. This is a game changer, terrain opening storm for some/many.

Catskill crew, who currently has a decent base to take advantage of this for Friday skiing? Haven't made it up yet , was curious who is likely to drop ropes and have more than the crowded WROD open.

No 4Runner until Sunday, maybe the Gondola this weekend. Lookout Double sounds like a StoweStorm™ is brewing.

Yeah, I know it's pretty grim. Just curious who blew enough snow to have even a modicum of trails open once it starts going on Friday. Is Plattekill open yet? Wasn't sure.

Going up to Vt. with a buddy. Can't get away until Saturday morning.
Probably ski Stratton Sat. afternoon and K on Sunday.
Blue jacket, Fritschi's on K2's. Say hey & ask for change.
