Skied it a handful of times. Fun place. Then it closed. I think there's been two re-openings since.

I skied the sherb yesterday. Couldn’t see any tracks in the bowl and the avy I course looked like it started up hillman’s and turned around.

The windloading was visible from the first bridge and the crown line was mostly filled in.

Crazy how 3” of snow up there can cover up most of the bowl.

First day Alpine for the season, excellent afternoon at K-Mart. Snow was so easy today, so nice to have trusty 3D turns on day one.
    Take some laps, beaters.

Thanks boys! Have y’all been in the new base lodge? Holy Shit it’s really impressive, hell it’s worth the drive just to check out the light fixtures. Really cool looking building and with those interior lights and the smoked glass front on a dark and stormy day, when you see it as you’re skiing down it really pops. Well done, Killington.

Heading up to K Mart Thurs PM with the 9yo boy in tow. Little ingrate is a snow snob now after his last Jackson trip with Djongo guiding him to the goods, so hopefully this weekend delivers for him

I have minimal photos because there was too much good skiing at the River. The stuff that got groomed last night was pretty good, and if you could find spots that hadn't seen traffic yesterday, they were awesome. My highlight turns were mid-thigh deep, and I heard reports of some stuff that had drifted even deeper but was still super light (note the tracks between the T-bar line and the B-net).Click image for larger version.

Woods are starting to get fun. Only tagged two rocks!

    The first line…

And the second, third and fourth. Skiing is fun.
