I've got a couple Shimano XT rear derailleurs sitting around that I no longer need, and thought someone could use them:

12-spd RD M8100: For use with the 10-51 cassette, this is brand new in the box. Bought it as a backup and didn't end up using it. $100 plus shipping if needed.
11-spd RD-M8000 long cage: Mint condition, barely a mark anywhere on it. It was used to convert my SS to 1x11, but I only used it for a few rides. $50 plus shipping if needed.
