    Quiver Help!!!

I must confess that I have bought and sold waaaay to many skis over the years and I have been trying to simplify my quiver to just two skis.

    I currently have:

    Praxis FRS tour layup
    188cm
    Quiver Killer for Shifts

    ON3P C&D
    189
    Quiver killer for Shifts
(Never skied, bought on a whim)

I’ve owned the MVP and really liked the ski for its versatility.

Thinking of grabbing a pair of MVP before Keith’s sale ends Friday. Thinking the similarity between the MVP and FRS may make for easy transitions between skis as I appear to go through a learning curve on how the ski wants to be skiied every time.

    Or

Should I just keep my fatter combo and roll wide n fat this season?

I ski out west in Idaho/Utah/Wyoming

Thanks and sorry for the 1st world problems

re-think two ski quiver strategy and add MVP for max joy = winning.

If you ski in the rockies, and want only 2 skis, i'd say 98-108 with alpine bindings and 115-125mm with 50/50 style bindings.

    Quiver Help!!!

Totally agree. Pretty hard to imagine a better 2 punch combo than the MVP/FRS combo, transitions will be seamless and a MVP has has enough versatility to really justify the touring core of the FRS. Sounds like a MFWin to me!
Fear, Doubt, Disbelief, you have to let it all go. Free your mind!

It sounded temping since each time I try a new ski I usually don’t feel good about it until the 2 or 3rd day. The first time I tried the Protest I got to the bottom and thought I made a huge mistake until I learned how to ski them after 5 runs…

N+1 is the ideal number of skis you should own, with N = the number skis you currently own. or something.

Protest man it’s Utah. Come on. But C&D is great always. So C&D and protest. Only ski pow days. Solved

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues
