Jeeeeeeeeez okay I may have been stoned. Dukes it is. Love that idea too Joey
I thought the whole idea of a Duke PT was that you didn’t need to have Jester or something because it’s virtually the same when it’s in ski mode.

It’s still lighter and skis a little better. The toe piece foot print is substantially smaller and keeps the flex pattern tighter for the ski with a royal. And duke pts are still more fragile then a true alpine, no need to risk toe levers skiing powder if I’m just riding lifts all day.

Got the 24hr preview link of the Crows line-up for this season in the email... Sadly no change to the Justis' over-fat tips, but surprisingly, it is listed as their most expensive model this year..! Dentists only I suppose...
But I do find the Corvus interesting though. I'm not in the market, but wouldn't mind trying them.
His (182) and hers (176) BC Animas for the coming season. Animas are my only cambered ski >104mm.

Solid offer but I feel the [emoji637][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji640]][emoji638] may be a touch short for me. I’ve read they may ski short.Originally Posted by Roberto;[emoji[emoji6[emoji640

Hello there,
I got my hands on a 21/22 194 Anima. The radius listed at the bottom of the ski reads 21, the one in the middle where the rest of the specs is reads 19 (as it should be). Have there been misprints regarding the radius of this particular ski?
Mount recommendations for 182 animas? 2021 edition.
Thinking on the line or back. Want something that will surf, long turns, driven tip, forward stance.
Mount on the line. Of course I say that without knowing your height/ weight/ boots/ ski style. I have the V1 Anima in 194 mounted 1 cm forward as I felt the old design was a little sluggish in tight trees, and it was a 194. I also had the v2 Anima in 182 for a little last year mounted in the line, and my teenager has it now. It was super quick to me in the line and yet still stable. Didn’t quite have the top end as the 194 in powder or chop due to size, but still quite stable and carved very well. NS said he mounted the V1 1cm forward as well and the V2 on the line.
Update review on the Mirus Cor:
I ended up getting some new plug boots from Lange this year, and it has been a great combo with the Mirus Cor. I’ve been amazed by its edge hold on early season hardpack ( I tuned to 1/3 bevel for reference). I even ended up on water injected race course snow today that the US team was training in this year because it was so hard and they absolutely amazed me with the grip when I drove them. Left railroad tracks on racecourse hardpack. Was not expecting that. They have become my go to ski for early season conditions. I have been surprised at how much I like them at speed with bigger turns and how easy they are to carve going slow on beginner runs, but still able to do hand drags. I got them on a whim off a demo rack at the end of last season and I couldn’t be happier with that impulse buy. I’ve used them for coaching freeride groms and knocking out groomer days, all with a smile on my face. They don’t love choppy un-groomed snow at high speeds, but that’s not surprising.

I picked up some new Noctas on sale in the fall. Had them out twice now in Fernie powder and it has been just great. Really like the ski and very surprising how well it handles 90% of conditions.
Who’s holding one eighty eight or one ninety three reverse Corvus?
