Probably too late... but check out Betasso Preserve (not open to bikers on Wed however) for a nice smooth loop, Walker Ranch off Flagstaff for more tech stuff and a good climb, and Hall Ranch up in Lyons. Personally I think Hall is the best ride in the area. Good climb (not too steep overall), nice technical rock garden that tests even the best riders, and a great downhill.
