    Sunrace XD cassettes

Anyone here using a Sunrace XD cassette on a mountain bike? And more specifically, worth saving some $ by using a 12-speed Sunrace 10-50 vs a SRAM GX?

    There are a couple versions:

I've had Sunrace 11-46 cassettes on 11-speed HG bikes for a couple of years, they seem comparable to Shimano / SRAM in longevity and shifting. Never had any of their XD cassettes though.

I have the 11 spd 11-46 on xd. I primarily chose it for the increased ratio. Shifting is not as great as the SRAM and it's a bit heavier, but it doesn't creak like a mfer so that's nice.

I haven’t used the 12-s ones but the 11s worked great until the entire spider bent for the biggest three rings.

The 12s high end one looks interesting. Lighter than an XT and only $150

Did they do the 10-52 gearing better? It seemed like Sram just changed their biggest cog and nothing else. But maybe I recall wrong
    No longer stuck.

Yes. The link I posted has a pic with all the options and shows the gear counts.

I just picked up a new takeoff GX shifter and derailleur, standard Eagle, so will be sticking with a 10-50 for this build.
