Danger 5: Sweet, Gonzo Aussie Insanity

I stumbled upon this series a few years ago.
It's a fantastic mash-up of Thunderbirds Are Go!, Danger Island, Sid & Marty Krofft joints (specifically Land of the Lost), and Japanese series like Ultraman.

Seriously worth a watch if you dig camp and circumstance.

I was reminded of this wonderful series the other day while watching SMOKING CAUSES COUGHING (which is on Hulu).

DANGER 5 is still streaming on TUBI, as well as The Roku Channel.

Highly recommended if you like irreverent pastiches and glorious homages to wacky Saturday morning cartoon fare like The Banana Splits and H.R. PufnStuf as well as Japanese shows like Ultraman, but with a WWII alternate universe twist.
