+1 for a length of BillyGoat shorter than the 189, which I'm on. I'm bigger and heavier, so shorter might be your ticket. I effin' heart my pair.

Those BGs replaced Bibby Pros, which are now the Moment Wildcats; another solid, solid choice.

Honorable mention the Moment Deathwish if you want something narrower. Those things slay, but give up some float my aforementioned skis.

They are also a little heavy versus the latest crop. I like the shape a lot. I'm 5'10' 175lb. I think they feel a little stiff in deep pow, and about right in chop.

Considering a new inbound pow ski for the entire day. Start with pow, move to trees (maneuverable, wouldn't mind more of this) and ski bumps end of day.
These would go out in fresh snow and half day old snow.

I would love to pick up a little extra endurance by cutting some weight if possible. The Automatics weigh 2200g.

Almost pulled the trigger on the Bent Chetlers because of their light weight, but got a little nervous about the flex, after I messed my head up reading too much Blister.

So... All day pow ski to last all day. Not raging, but skiing hard. Staying out all day.

Anyone in this category with some ideas?
Lots of good skis suggested in the thread, but a lot of them are very different animals to your Automatics when it comes to how demanding they are etc.

Of those you mention the Rustler 11 is a very good ski, but perhaps slightly more ski?
The Salomon Blank is a very good suggestion.
In addition the Black Diamond Impulse 112 has gotten very good reviews, among others in NOR magazine Friflyt. I haven't seen or tested them, but they are described as pretty easy going, and the 112 waist should be good as the day progress.
