Crest on Sunday for any Utards left in town??

    beuller?? beuller??

BobMc and I have just formulated a plan to ride the crest on sunday from guardsman to the bottom of millcreek. Not sure on start time, but we will meet at the bottom of millcreek at some point, cruise up guardsman, and then begin the suffer-fest up puke hill. . . i mean. . . er. . . as mr altagirl would say. . begin our ride at the speed of 100% fun. Hah. (yeah, thats my way of warning you i climb slow, but you should all know by now. going down, i've got that cool gravity thing workin' on my side)

anyone interested in joining the party?

I'm thinking around 2:30 meet at the bottom of Mill Creek. Caravan up to Guardsman and hit the trail. You may want to take a snack to eat while you wait for me at the top of Puke Hill.

Tempting...I'm going to hike the Bird and then drink some beer at Oktoberfest in the morning. But if I'm not too blitzed maybe I'll try to meet you guys at 2:30

If I don't hit Empire tomorrow, I'll be there at 2:30. Bob, PM me your digits so I can call and let you know if I'll make it.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

If I can make it to PC to get my wife's mountain bike - because I don't have one of my own - I'll be there too.

hah, i don't think that was a confirmation on phunk's part. Maybe a contemplative raising of the eyebrow... what say you mr phunk?

Edit: And BobMc's buddy who lives at the bottom of Millcreek will be joining us as well. where is macdaddy at? he should come, too.

is Dan's the best place to meet then? I've never ridden all the way to Millcreek before. kind of exciting, woO

Tomorrow I'm test riding a possible addition to the 2-wheeled quiver.

It's really, really heavy but it puts out about 105 horsepower.

I have some Vanson leathers that need a loving home.

Ride smart - I'm glad cows give up their skin so I don't have to . . . . skin graphs suck!

    Hint, hint.

Puke Hill seems shorter every time I push it. I think I only had to sit down twice this time, a personal record. Great fun riding with UTDave, Lynx, Lynx's roomate (Barbara) and my buddy Scott.

If anyone is ever heading to Utah to do some mountain biking the Crest is definitely a can't miss trail. I think we traveled about 23 miles today, the majority of it downhill. I really need to get a squishy bike, I was left behind on the downhill sections. Luckily I was riding with a great group of people who graciously waited up for me, .

    Two maggots and roomate:

    Once again, great fun.

    BobMc
