Fair enough, my experience in the 10 million dollar real estate world is people buying said real estate, then having me price out their planned renovations, which has been pretty much universal at that price point IME, but I'm not in the room when they are making the decision to buy the place or not originally.
But this is a 10 million ranchette property. I challenge anyone to find one in the Rockies that doesn't at least have a European mount, at minimum, in it somewhere.
Live Free or Die
If I were buying that place I'd want the bearskin included. That thing is badass. The rest of the heads can go, though.
Oh and leave the fishing rods too, please.
The Cave of the Chimes home in Glenwood canyon is for sale.

"A portion of the cave has been used as a personal dwelling by the owners for the past 4 decades however, sellers make no claimsregarding the habitability of the Cave"
Build a nice house on the plateau and turn the cave dwelling into your literal mancave/bar?
Fuck that is awesome. Cave dwelling sounds nice.
Would be a popular Airbnb

Place is pretty amazing. I wonder why they can't actually say it's habitable.
If you and B aren’t building something there by this time next year I’ll be pretty disappointed.

Well, you need to put the water heater somewhere.
looks about as comfortable and well kept as the lodging options in South Fork.
200+ yr old house Colonial in Maine. If those walls could talk.

That could be a really cool house but it would cost a fortune to get it there. That staircase is great. Place appears watertight at least.
14 bedrooms. 30 minutes from Sunday River. Possabilities.
Seeker of Truth. Dispenser of Wisdom. Protector of the Weak. Avenger of Evil.
Some tarpentry visible, doesn't look too hammered. Nice price and neighborhood.
Minuses - Model T garage, small town Kansas, middle of nowhere.

Well it's only 50 minutes to Wichita.
I'll nominate this one for the best of bro pads currently on the market. For for $100k. In a small town in Missouri.
The outside can mislead, all the work was done on the inside. It's got a bar, a dartboard, beer and whiskey signs and stuffed deer heads on the walls, a bed in an open concept arrangement, a real vault, real distressed corrugated metal cladding on the ceiling and walls, and of course a smoker-grill outside.
It's actually pretty well done if you're in need of an inexpensive bachelor pad, you're in your 20s and your priorities are hanging out with your buds.

“The best argument in favour of a 90% tax rate on the rich is a five-minute chat with the average rich person.”

It’s also a mere 40 miles from Baxter Springs, home of James McMurtry’s cousins Ruth-Ann & Lynn
Ruth-Anne and Lynn come from Baxter Springs
That's one hell-raisin' town
Way up in Southeastern Kansas
Got a biker bar next to the lingerie store
That's got the Rollin' Stones' lips
Up there in bright pink neon
And they're right downtown where everyone can see 'em
And they burn all night
You know they burn all night
You know they burn all night
Ruth-Anne and Lynn, they wear them cut-off britches
And then skinny little halters and they're second cousins to me
Man, I dont care, I want to get between them
With a great big 'ol hard-on
Like an ol' Bodark fencepost
That you can hang a pipe rail gate from
Do some sister twisters till the cows come home
And we'll be having us a time
Location, location, location
I now know much more about Stotts City, MO, than I need to. Used to be a lead-mining town and kind of a place but it's the country now.
