I have a client who is moving next Tuesday and they need to get rid of their 1995 Nissan Sentra. 90K miles, new tires and brakes. They said it's in good shape and they'll take whatever they can get for it.

any timeline on when the hood where the duplex is located is going to "turn over"? (south of FCF)
