    CMH Volkls given a new life

    The mtnlion special wood topsheet was cool but was developing a lot of chips and splits, so I stripped and repainted it a la the ski painting thread. Rather Kahuna-esque

    edit: I also remounted them at the modern mount point. They were too sluggish more my taste at the old-school way-back boot toe mount.

    It is SO summer

    Yeah it does look pretty decent considering how incredibly simple it is.

    It took me quite a long time to do, but only because I had to chip and sand off the old glued on topsheet. If you're going to remount your bindings in the same holes it is super easy. Just get some sort of hand drill sanding attachement (or whatever you've got) and a little hand sanding and a bunch of that blue tape and you're good to go!
