Evo has the 184 Reckoner 110 at 2000g/ski. I wanted to size down for ultra-jib, but I was expecting them to be 10% heavier. Looking for a soft, short and heavy noodle.

the kf 114s in a 184 are just under 2200.
sadly I don't think anyone is making heavy noodles anymore, loved my ole pettitors
The KF weight seems in line with the 179 Shreditor 112s I’m still trying to find replacements for (just slightly longer, a la 184). The KFs seem super fun, but I gotta make sure they are versatile enough for what I’m looking for.
Some good deals on Reckoner 112s still.
havent ridden the kf myself but blister has a review of them and they claim they're pretty versatile for a wide softy
speaking of good deals on reckoners.. you can get last years 102 on evo for like 320. not sure on the other widths but good deal for a brand new ski
PRFO has them for $416 USD.

Just get the fostvedt 114 and quit fucking around the amount of fun you're gonna have on that ski will make up for any slight deficiencies it might have in refrozen mank. That ski will probably deserve it own thread based on what Karl has told me about it.

Yep believe Sir Vic is right and you would love the KF. Just purchased a pair of Reckoner 110’s in a 191 so they are incoming and yet to be shipped from Corby’s but will post up individual weight when they arrive.

Blister posted weights on the 184 a bit heavier like 70 to 100 grams per ski …

Have I had enough beers tonight to pull the trigger on the 184 KFs on Corbetts? Should I have some more to get to that point? I want to, but I’m also trying to study for my MechE Instrumentation midterm on Monday.
Ski Essentials shows on video weighing a 184 110 at 2100g. I think the 191 bumps up to 2200g-ish
They also measured the 177 102 at 2000g/ski. I want to stick with 184 and it seems like the 102 and KF are built a little heavier. Probably gonna go with one of those, even though for a while I was banking on the 110. I’m splitting hairs here, hopefully I can demo lots of K2s this season.
191 is the length I would be looking at for the 110. That being said, I have so many other skis that overlap with the 191 110. 190 Wildcat 108, 194 Sender Squad, 193 FR110, among others.
some Reckoner 110 porn.
The ski overall is slightly stiffer than the KF.
Does have soft tip and tail ends like the KF. Like the KF the 110 ramps up quicker in the fore body vs the tail which I like. Cool flex pattern feels fun need snow. Straight pull 190.5 is what I am measuring. Only 9 grams diff in weight from ski to ski and individual weights are 2194 and 2185.

Nice... Can I trouble you for a base to base rocker photo?
I have yet to be stoked on a reckoner graphic but this one ain't bad.
I'm real curious on the 112 and 110 after having some really good days on the 122 last season. They do everything I want and nothing I don't, which makes it tough to grab anything else after a big dump.

Thank you--You're really doing God's work out here. May you plunder copious quantities of pristine powder this season. What bindings will you mount?

Wow those look great! Definitely on my demo list, for sure the 184 and maybe 191.
Hopefully you get them in lots of soft snow, but I’m betting they are pretty versatile.
5.7ish cm back from center is where K2 put their midsole indentation lines/marks. Will be interesting to see where others decide to mount theirs. At first glance the recco to roughly 1/4” forward looks good to me. I went just the front edge of the indent. Long and moderately strong but not uber stiff flex in the middle 2/3rds of the ski with the ends being more buttery hand flexing.

We just got the KF in the shop finally and after even a simple hand flex, I can say this ski has an insane amount of pop, probably more than any other ski I've felt. If that's your jam it's going to make you feel super human
Without me rereading this entire thread, can someone explain to me what's different about the new 110 vs the old 112, and how the KF fits into all that?
I have the 112 snails/testicles topsheet and it's definitely a fun ski, but I'm on the back line and think I might remount -1cm this year.

Goal: ski in the 2018/19 season
Have skied the 112 and the new KF but not the 110 yet…
More Symmetrical shapes on both the new Reckoners vs the 112.
KF 137/114/134
110 138/110/135
KF has pretty exotic layup with a lot of different carbon layers … spectral braid, uni-directional flax, carbon braided core and uni-directional carbon with a paulownia wood core.
110: aspen wood core with spectral braid, triaxial braided core and carbon boost so not hugely diff build than the 112 but all new shape…mainly added tail width of about 8 mil’s is what it looks like to me.
The KF engages turns more quickly than the 112 not that the 112 can’t be manipulated to turn quick just less work with the KF.
This old man’s 2 cents…
