Looks like I have a room opening up for the upcoming season. Details below:
WHat: One bedroom
Where: East Vail (yeah, I know

)
When: Available October 1st till whenever.
Some details: located in Pitkin Creek Park, close to bus stop. Hot tub, market, liquor store, on premises.

Basically, I am throwing this out to anyone interested. The reason I titled it the way I did is a few years ago my buddy and his girlfriend used it as a weekend rental from Friday to Sunday, avoiding traffic and whatnot. Price: 350.00 a month weekends (includes utilities)
450.00 a month full-time (plus utilities)

I have lots of demands/needs, but I'm also anal and clean as shit, cook all the time, and would only be around 75% of the time.
