Hi! I borrowed this recipe from a friend.
I've never seen it posted but it's one of
my favorites and people always want the
recipe. Here goes:
1 head lettuce shredded
3 tomatoes chopped
2 cups cubed colby cheese
1 red onion sliced
sliced black olives (optional)
1 small jar mayo
1 small jar salsa
1 large bag plain tortilla chips

Place all veggies in a large bowl. Make
a dressing of the salsa (I use medium in
terms of hotness) and mayo to taste. I
usually use both smalls jars. Just before
serving pour the dressing over the veggies
and add the tortilla chips. Mix gently
with salad spoons. Enjoy!
P.S. This salad needs to be eaten right
a way for optional crunchiness.
