According to my new chiropractor based on the tilt of my freakin' neck!
My first cervical pinched nerve was last year and now I have another one. I went to a wackjob chiropractor for the first time last year and the guy was a full kook. The nerve had healed, so I abandoned him and his practice.
Now with the new issue, I'm going to a specific cervical care chiro that uses the "Blair" technique. I like the theory and with just two visits in, I'm pretty happy with the process. They are way more professional than the previous guy. When they made the adjustment I didn't feel a thing. Virtually no pressure, no noise, kinda nothing. After laying down for 20 minutes post adjustment, I honestly couldn't believe the difference. It was and still is pretty wild. I feel like my head is tilting to the right, but it's actually straight now. Weird!
