You obviously need to start by getting on the bike...

Search Amazon for pc fans. Imagine boxes you can build around them with exiting PVC pipes.

Site sucks so no pics, but I built a box where the intake via fans sits 4 inches off the ground with vertical pipes exiting out the top. It also fits in my car for roadies. Has eight pipes , two fans, and a USB plugin.

Easy build that can break down via pulling the pipes. Lightweight balsa makes the box.

Could likely get away with one inch off the ground. One fan. Four pipes. Would probably weigh two pounds and break down to the size of a lunch box.

On non-ski days, it sits in the front entry way of my house drying out kids snow gear nightly with zero sound on low.

Thanks, I had been thinking about something like that with pc fans and PVC.

I posted a thread a couple days ago on dryers on clearance at Sierra Trading, in gear swap. $15.

I got the deluxe version of the Dry Guy travel driers at an REI garage sale years ago and like them a lot:
    https://www.amazon.com/DryGuy-Travel...xfdGhlbWF0aWM=

The deluxe version actually moves air around inside which I think makes a big difference. Work as a travel dryer and also as car-based boot warmer. Plugs into a cigarettes lighter and includes a wall adapter (that also works at Euro voltages).

Price seems ludicrous for what they are, but they work.

How does every other browser -- every other program really -- manage to update themselves periodically and (mostly) not require restarts (and when they do, you get to decide when), yet firefox seems to update itself every week and crashes at random times because it needs a restart before you can do anything?

The old password for polyass was ‘yes’ or ‘Yes’. The TGR app was restricting me a month ago with no way of inputing a password, then magically it resolved itself. But if you are using a brower, try ‘yes’.

DO we as citizens of this country (US) have an obligation to participate? You know.... the whole "We the people" thing.
When you see something that is not right, not just, not fair, you have a moral obligation to say something. To do something." Rep. John Lewis

Okay, I’ll bite. Participate in what, a little more specifically?

Or, is it ‘you can’t make me!’

Voting. Speaking up against injustice. Calling your reps/senators. Etc.

In general being part of "we the people" in the government for the people, by the people, of the people.

Oh man, that’s actually kind of threadworthy. There probably aren’t many people more frustrated than I am with ‘citizens’ in general. I’ve been misanthropic for years, and the current events have just made that even worse. Frankly, I’m kind of glad I’m old and don’t expect to be around to see a lot of this shit play out. I’ve cut way back on acquaintances and have lost whatever trust I might have had in people in general. IOW, I don’t feel to be part of ‘we the people’ and I’m not expecting it to improve.

Was Janis Joplin a gifted and talented singer, or a housecat with a hairball and distemper?
