Used the whip to get the ingredients mixed and start the ice cream but had to switch to the paddle once the mix began to thicken up.

Neat project for those with school aged kids at home as it takes like 2 minutes to go from liquid to full on ice cream.

I'm gonna postulate wire whip on the theory that it exposes more surface area to the cold nitrogen more quickly, allowing more even cooling,

*but really I have no clue

    edit: too slow I see

Where the hell do you get liquid nitrogen to whip up a bowl of ice cream?

Believe it or not they sell it at the welding supply store where I get my propane tanks filled. Just need a vacuum insulated bottle with a vented lid (so it doesn't build pressure in the vessel as it warms up). They comped the liquid nitrogen yesterday but it's only about $7 per liter. So $20 will buy you enough to do multiple silly projects like the classic trick where you freeze a flower and then smash it into a million pieces with one good wack on the counter.

I just took out a whole bathroom's worth of nickel plated fixtures last month. Looking to cash in. Where do I go?

Goodwill or the like. Maybe I'm I shitty salesman (not maybe) but when I sell used stuff on line it never seems like it was worth the effort. But we use the shit out of stuff.

Will your meth dealer take them directly or will he make you launder it through a sleazy scrap dealer? Let me know what you find out, about to replace all my polished nickel bath fixtures with chrome. 18 years ago the supply store owner warned me the nickel wouldn’t hold up well, he was right.

Good choice. Nothing projects strength, wealth and good taste like a gold-plated Philips head. Unless it's 4 of them.

How come Chinese restaurants don’t serve queso? Pretty much all the appetizers would be better with queso. Egg rolls, pork wontons, those tiny ribs. I know moldy dairy products aren’t big in Asia but they must know it exists, there’ s usually always a Mexican place next door. Seems like a missed fusion flavor opportunity.

Because Chinese people have a higher instance of lactose intolerance than other ethnicities?

Though I do like the idea.
