My old 7.3 excursion had a 4" straight pipe with no muffler and, despite the lack of a giant exhaust tip, I can confirm that it was obnoxiously loud. Previous owner installed it along with a superchips tune so it'd roar and roll coal with very little provocation. I live downhill from the exit to my neighborhood and the noise and smell was quite something to behold when I'd pull out early on a cold morning, grunting up the hill.

wtf does "visibly repair the colon lining" even mean? How is the colon lining visible? Or do I want to know?

edit: you guys haven't seen these Rinvoq commercials? They're on all the time during football

What's the deal with all these "student driver" bumper stickers these days? Many of these cars are clearly driven by adults and the stickers have been there for years. Is this some way to discourage folks from driving close to you?

I can't stand football, so I don't watch it. And honestly, I've learned to tune out the drug ads. Or I switch channels. I watch the Celtics on the NBC Sports Boston channel mostly and i don't recall Rinvoq commercials. See previous point.

Once all the streaming services start shoving them down people’s throats, they’ll be back to saying “commercials” again

Gotcha, it's not the word so much as the fact that I see them at all. Well if somebody can tell me how to skip these little marketing productions while I'm watching live sports let me know.

If I'm sitting here and the remote's over there where I left it last time I stood up I have to decide if I'm lazier or more bothered by the influencing extravaganza on the screen. Usually I'm lazier.

Is there a yearly south central AK/alyeska thread in the ski forum? I may be an idiot but I can't find anything from searching.

Not a yearly one at least but there’s a few sporadic AK threads. So start one!

I'm moving up there this summer and trying to get as much beta as possible before the move, hence looking for the thread. I don't feel worthy to start one yet but will next season lol

Roku TV, yes, awesome, but it shit the bed and the app for the LG that replaced it is complete garbage, so back to the remote. Playing the sound through headphones sucks a fat one, too.

How can I ship something cheaply? I am trying to mail a backpack, so it is lightweight (just a few pounds) but big (24 x 17.5 x 8), and the cheapest rates I can find are still like $30+.

I can maybe make it slightly smaller but not by much.

You're subsidizing Amazon et al. You don't think they could offer free shipping if it cost them $30.
