I found this Rocky clip posted on Reddit originally. It's a 3d printed clip that straps to your shoulder and keeps your Rocky talkie nice and snug. I skied with it today for the first time and it was great. Jury's still out on its long term durability, it feels a little fragile to me but no issues so far.

I'll be switching to Rocky this winter it looks like. I have the BCA link 2.0 and theyre good radios just not great. The Rocky I borrow from buddy just does its job without a fuss.

Of note, it seems the squelch on the rocky is lower than the BCA, my RT friends can pick up clear transmissions the BCA doesn't get.
Also it seems the PTT on the Rocky is a half second faster, any time I lend someone a BCA their first few words are constantly cut off, the RT doesn't have this issue. No matter how many times you shout at someone to press, pause, then talk they just don't get it.

Other issues are my RT friends have no idea how to use their radios, so I'm constantly digging around to change my BCA to their channel, and the BCA mic is always in the way of slinging my pack over my shoulder, small but frustrating.

Also the BCA stays in the pack, I borrow freinds RTs for climbing, or whatever, the BCA gets left behind because its a pain to re-install

Yeah, I have had this issue because the subchannels don't line up with BCA radios. Takes a minute to get everyone on the same channel.
