Free to good Bend-ite home: "REI ski & snowboard tune + premium hot wax upgrade" gift certificate. Won at a Worthy brewing event last year, but I'm not going to use it. Expires 1/10/21.

Judging from the snow levels, I wonder if Skibowl is filling in with all that warm dense snow. It was pretty dense up at the lodge on the 26th and 25th. Need the snow level to drop to get it good though. It's been hovering at 3500-5000 feet with these bands of precip. I understand your losing of inspiration at Tflat. Been having a blast there. Lots of untracked powder. But excited for a bunch of sessions in the upper bowl.

For what little it's worth, the 6-8 turns/run on Vista were still velvety soft today.

MHM was a lotta good turns in the sun today...fast laps all...walk-on laps after 11a
It was nice getting the race teams divided on HRM & Stadium. It really opened up some space.

Notice how the weather patterns are classic Oregon La Niña? But the snow levels with these storms have been one to two thousand feet too high.

Looks to be more of the same for the weekend snow train. Better than nothing. Better than somethings.

Fucking Climate Change... It's why those 8-10 inches are skiing like 3-4... Very dense snow.
