I also have pair of 183s I’d sell for same price, 1.5 mounts (2sets of toe holes) both for Salomon sth2s. Open mount on the line and other +1, @ 305bsl.

    190s have 1 mount for warden13 on line for 28.5 (might be 27.5) and open mount for sth2 +1 @ 305bsl.

I now ski the blade optic 104 as I prefer more progressive mount points.

    - reduced tail splay, longer turn radii, easy bend

So basically, they built a semi-wide ski adapted for mellow groomers for freeride-wannabe-intermediates...

Conclusion: It's been neutered. Lets move on...
As it happened, today I stumbled on a sale for the 22/23 un-neutered version, so I decided to pick up a pair of 183's for reasonable two-ninety-nine Euro coins (Sport-Conrad, Germany).

I am curious and eager to learn, if they are for me what the 183 BC Justis turned out not to be. Crossing fingers..!

Finally got the Stance 102's that I got from Altacoup mounted up. Thanks AC for a sweet deal. And a chance to show off my Salomon quiver.

Looking forward to getting on the 102's. These are mounted on the rec line which looks spot on. Don't think I'd want to be any more forward. Interesting, if your a mount point geek like myself, that the rec line is exactly the same as the Qlab's when measured from the tail.

Seems like when Salomon has chosen to make a full metal charger ski they have been decent. IMO, the Stance 96 is a fabulous ski that flew under the radar that's more of an easy charger. The Qlab is the nimble little bulldozer of a ski I can't get rid of. I had the Sentinel a bunch a years back, that was a great ski as well and was the the Bonifide long before Blizzard's. Even the old Shogun was decent. Had a few meh skis from Salomon. The Q98 could be one of the worst ski's I have ever had, and the QST106 OK but scary AF on ice. YMMV!
