doods - this is a super fun event if you are looking for a reason to drink beer in the morning and hang out. i totally want to come up for it, as a friend is going to be competing, but i don't think i can make it.

SCHEDULE:
Preliminary races from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
Halftime extravaganza from 1:30 p.m. until 2 p.m.
Final races and grudge matches from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m.
The fabled Gauntlet at 3:45!
Afterparty at Sabala's from 7 p.m. on!
COST:
The Derby is FREE to spectators. Afterparty is free to derby participants and volunteers, and $5 for non-participants.
ROCK:
The afterparty includes sweet rock and roll from Pillowfight (www.pillowfightrocks.com), the Muddy River Nightmare Band (www.mrnb.net), and Carol's Chump.

I thought this was going to be an adult rated derby not an adult raced derby. Its amazing how big a difference just one letter can make.
