AKPM, you will know when we have the Utah Mini when we make a decision. It will be after the New Year. You will see a post to vote of dates and then a final "official" thread, so hang on. So you have at least 3-4 months to worry about who is going to buy an underage person beer at a bar, which won't happen, this is Utah.
So patience man, look for a post in a while. It is only September.
