As a Ducks fan. That game was an absolute dumpster fire. But very true that Ducks are a crazy young team that was very hindered by lack of real practice. Haven’t been impressed with mooreheads play calling this year but it’s a hard one to base judgement on.
Texas A&M and UNC is a heck of a game.
Also, more of these commentators please. Game is good; commentating also good.

Quite an entertaining game. I'm also enjoying that I can see Jimbo Fisher's mouth moving through his mask. That thing must be doing a great job with the covids.
All things from this season point to the coaching staff, especially Moorhead doesn't have complete trust in Shough. I think if they had a regular spring/off season Brown would be the qb. Maybe he'll stay another year and try to showcase himself for a NFL shot or work on a graduate degree. They should be pretty good next season if they can get their qb situation figured out.
Texas just spent $40m to fire Herman and Staff before they even pay Sark a cent. All for a guy who rode 7 win season at Washington to 7 win seasons at USC. So he can recruit? Recruits aren’t the problem for Texas. There roster is something like top 5 talent wise in FBS. Fwiw the problems at Texas are a lot like the problems at USC... but with more and dumber money. Texas fired Herman to hire the exact same thing, but with a less impressive head coaching record. That’s how dumb the money at Texas is.
But who knows, they could knock it out of the park.
This whole season has been such a fuck show. From the B1G’s blatant disregard for student health and willing to change any previous policy to get Ohio State into the play off to the complete joke of a PAC12 season which some how led to a bad Oregon Team getting into a NY6 over BYU or Coastal.
Said Oregon team will likely be replacing both coordinators within a year. Also the demise of West Coast football is totally and utterly complete with Larry Scott still having a job and an SEC team poaching the head coach of the most consistently good west coast team. Cinci, and Coastal were both significantly better teams than anyone in the PAC12.
Alabama vs Ohio State is going to be some seriously good football though. Too bad the rest of the country is so far behind those two and Clemson.
As much as an interview with saben or bellacheck is like nails on a chaulk board, certianly proves that keeping your damn mouth shut about the opponent is golden.
I guess I got my wish. Ehlinger is entering the NFL draft despite being ranked only 10th best QB in the draft. I guess you got to start making a living sometime.
Hope Thompson’s performance in the bowl game wasn’t a fluke. However, I’m fully prepared for another crap season next year for the horns, given the inevitable chaos resulting from the coaching change.
Looks like the Browns aren't the only ones with an eye on a possible postponed game:

I feel the need to point out that my lowly gamecocks are two and oh in thier lifetime series with the mighty buckeyes.
that's like one thousand percent for those not keeping count.
"Can't you see..."
I'm no Sark fanboy but he'll bring in higher level talent and elevate a Texas to another level. The fact he was able to get UW kind of respectable after the Tyrone Willingham gong show actually says quite a bit about his recruiting and coaching skills. People forget what a shit show both UW and USC was pre Sark.
He didn't get canned at USC because he couldn't recruit or coach, he was a falling down drunk, going back to the tail end of UW.
I don't think he'll resurrect Texas to national championship level but he'll get them in the conversation within 3-4 years.
well folks, tonight is the night. i got bama big.
swing your fucking sword.
Just saw this. If Sark can bring that Bama offense to Texas I’ll be highly pleased. But he’ll have Texas talent to try to do that, not the players he has at Bama. But maybe he’ll be able to recruit better than Herman, sure.
But, I don’t see him getting 3-4 years grace to show improvement. If he doesn’t beat OU in the next 2 years, he’s out. That seems to be the only thing that matters around here.
It’s OK if he’s falling down drunk or shooting up heroin, as long as he can beat OU.
"Tennessee Vols got sloppy with recruiting. They were handing recruits cash in McDonald's bags when they visited campus."
Can you just walk into a McDonald's and grab a bunch of bags for recruiting purposes or do you have to order at least some fries to get a bag?
I can't help but think a more sophisticated operation would at least put some grease stains on the bags.

I hope there was at least a McRib in there too.

Hundo's stained with BBQ sauce were probably too easy to trace.
It's like amateur hour down there.
